Vishvam Kids Care is built with a Privacy-First, On-Device Local Storage architecture. We believe that health, growth percentiles, immunization timelines, medication doses, and daily routines of infants and young children are sacred personal family records that belong exclusively to parents.

2. Data Collection & Local Storage

All child health data is stored strictly on your personal mobile device:

• Child Profiles: Baby Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Blood Group, and Avatar Photos are saved exclusively inside your phone's private application sandbox.
• Health Records: WHO growth percentiles (weight, height, head circumference), vaccine logs, medication logs, wake windows, and meal timelines are never transmitted to any third-party analytics or external database.
• No Account Tracking: We do not sell, rent, monetize, or harvest user telemetry or personally identifiable information (PII).

3. Device Permissions & How They Are Used

The app may request access to standard device capabilities strictly for immediate on-device functionality:

• Camera Permission: Used exclusively for real-time barcode and ingredient label scanning (Smart Toxicological Scanner). No camera feeds or scanned images are uploaded to any server.
• Photos & Storage Permission: Used solely to allow parents to pick or crop baby profile pictures and export PDF/image summaries to local storage.

4. Optional User-Controlled Google Drive / Local Backups

When you explicitly choose to backup or export your records:

• A secure JSON archive is created locally on your phone.
• The file is saved directly to your personal Google Drive or phone storage via your authenticated Google account.
• The app developer has no access to your Google Drive account, credentials, or backed-up files.

5. Compliance with Global Child Safety Standards (COPPA / GDPR-K)

Vishvam Kids Care complies fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation for Kids (GDPR-K), and Google Play's Families Policy. The application is intended solely for adult parents and guardians managing the care of their children.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Because all data resides locally on your mobile device, you have complete and permanent control over your records:

• You can delete individual logs, profiles, or all application data at any time from within the app settings.
• Uninstalling the application or clearing the app storage will immediately and permanently erase all stored records from your device.
